At Celayix, our amazing customer success team provides quality support to our customers 24/7. We are proud of the reputation our support has built over the years and look forward to always offering great customer care.
As we mentioned in our recent blog post about our new website, we’ve been working hard behind the scenes to continually improve our offering. Today, we get to announce a big project we’ve been excited about for a long time.
Later this spring, we will be rolling out Celayix In-App Help. This will be an interactive tool within the platform to help users in a variety of ways. We want users to get the most out of the feature functionality of their Celayix subscription. Celayix In-App Help will be a functional way for new users to self-onboard along with existing users to learn more about the best, most efficient way to use their scheduling tools.
The help will be in the format of click-throughs, walk-throughs and short demo videos. It will cover the main topics, including how to onboard new employees, create schedules, create sites, and much more. This goal is to help organizations onboard new team members with automation and for users to get the most out of the platform.
Once we launch, users will see the help icon added to the schedule menu’s left-hand side. Use that button to search through topics, review best practices, basic help, and more.
We will also be using this In-App help to highlight new features as we release them so all users get to see new features that can be useful to your organization and learn how to use them instantly. We have a year full of exciting new development and looking forward to our clients, new and existing, getting to see the new functionality and applying it to their organizations.
