Edifice Protection Group, a nationwide security services provider with operations across four states and up to 180 employees, improved its workforce management by integrating isolved with Celayix.

Previously, the company relied on several disconnected HCM systems, forcing the HR and payroll director to manually manage scheduling, time tracking, payroll, and billing. This fragmented setup made payroll processing slow and stressful, often taking up to three days and requiring multiple manual checks across systems.

By adopting Celayix for scheduling and time tracking and isolved for payroll, HR and workforce management, Edifice created a streamlined, integrated workflow through API connectivity.

Changes made in either system automatically update in the other, reducing manual work and improving data accuracy. During implementation, both companies collaborated closely to configure policies, including vacation accrual and other workforce rules, tailored to Edifice’s needs.

The company also achieved better alignment between billing and payroll data, eliminated the need for a third-party billing vendor, and reduced HR workload through employee self-service tools.
