Celayix Software is a leading provider of workforce management solutions.
We have an opportunity for an entry level Product Specialist to join our team.
As a Product Specialist your primary responsibilities will be to:
- Review, analyze and evaluate business systems and customer needs, and match these needs to our products in order to generate a solution.
- Document details descriptions of customer needs and solution functions.
- Manage and co-ordinate solution implementations.
- Present proposed solutions to customers, both online and face-to-face.
- Address customer support requests in a timely and professional manner.
In order to succeed in this role, you will need:
- Degree in Business, Information Systems or related field.
- 1 to 2 years demonstrated experience in project management and leadership with business analysis, process modeling and application design.
- Very clear written, visual, oral expression of ideas with business and technical people.
- System development methodologies and concepts; System analysis concepts, techniques and tools.
- Business process modeling, analysis, reengineering concepts, techniques, tools.
- Design concepts techniques, tools.
- Use case specifications.
- Testing techniques and automated tools.
- Work effectively within a project team and in collaboration with peers; facilitate group sessions.
- Plan, prioritize and organize own work; work on several projects concurrently.
- Negotiate with business partners and project sponsors throughout the project lifecycle.
- Project planning and scheduling concepts; Project management techniques and tools.

Pay: $38,000.00-$42,000.00 per year
