Our solutions enable these organizations to reduce the time and effort managing shift-based schedules by as much as 95%, minimize overtime costs, eliminate payroll errors, and ensure accurate employee check-in and check-out to ensure they are on-site on-time.

To help expedite our growth, we are seeking a hands-on sales leader for our sales team to play key role in developing and executing sales growth plans and sales objectives for the organization. The selected candidate will have the following responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop sales strategies aligned with corporate mission and objectives.
  • Meet growing sales revenue targets for the organization.
  • Hire, train, motivate and coach a high-performance direct sales team.
  • Design, document and enforce sales processes.
  • Provide accurate forecasting, budgeting and sales planning to ensure corporate alignment.
  • Train and mentor individual sales team member in order to optimize performance.
  • Develop sales incentives, with input from HR and Finance, for the sales team.
  • Maintain cohesive alignment with the marketing team. 
  • Manage and report metrics including prospecting, pipeline development and movement, individual and overall quotas.
  • Achieve strategic objective defined by company management.
  • Direct and support the consistent implementation of company initiatives.
  • Foster close, cooperative relationships with peer leaders, sales support, marketing and engineering teams.
  • Build peer support and strong internal-company relationships with other key management personnel.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated SaaS sales experience
  • University degree, preferably in Business.
  • 6+ years of software product sales and management experience.
  • Previous demonstrated sales growth experience.
  • Strong business acumen and a broad business perspective; intelligent, with a bright and inquiring mind; a conceptual and strategic thinker.
  • Excellent communications (written and verbal) and presentation skills.
  • Ability to successfully work in a high-pressure environment and with key stakeholders and teams.
  • Individual should be knowledgeable about the market, understand how products and technology fit business requirements and solve business challenges.
  • Experienced sales professional with a solid track record of driving for results.
  • Detail oriented team player and time manager who possess proven organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Some travel will be required.
