The Celayix Integration Manager (CIM) is a suite of tools that allow the Celayix Platform to exchange data with any third party system including:

Import/export tools allow for easy single or batch-based exchanges of information with third party systems. Additionally, the CIM suite provides a comprehensive, standards based set of web services to facilitate building integrations to third party systems. Customers using third party or legacy systems (either on premise or in the cloud) can easily use Celayix open APIs to build integrations with the Celayix Platform. Payroll Systems

Celayix can send summary or detailed information needed to process payroll, including information such as regular hours, overtime hours, holiday hours, training hours, time off hours, shift premiums, shift allowances and more. Human Resources (HR) Systems

Celayix supports core HR personnel tracking functionality , including contact & profile information, employment and performance history, skills, certifications and other qualifications tracking, pay rates management, hours budgeting, availability capture, time off tracking, accruals tracking, etc. The Celayix Platform can interface with the human resources (HR) system of your choice to reduce or eliminate double entry of information.

Time & Attendance Systems

Celayix offers integrated time tracking and attendance monitoring modules as part of the Celayix Platform. These modules provide the ability to track work times (check-in /out) using mobile devices (with GeoFencing if enabled), web clock, IVR-based phone check-in, and hardware clocks with biometric, card based and pin ID entry devices. Use Celayix to monitor attendance with real-time alerts for missed check-ins, early check-outs, no shows, and other attendance violation alerts. Conduct variance analysis between scheduled vs. actuals hours for accurate tracking and reporting. If additional capabilities are needed, the Celayix Platform can interface with your existing Time & Attendance system or the system of your choice .

Learning Management Systems

Celayix allows the tracking of skills, certifications and any other qualifications. For other specific needs, the Celayix Platform can interface with the Learning Management System of your choice.

Event Management Systems or Event Booking Systems

Celayix allows the tracking of Banquet Event Order (BEO) information for any specific catering, banquet event, or venue event. Customers can use any Event Management System or Event Booking System to manage information such as the tracking of orders, costs, and menus. Celayix uses the BEO number to pass the labor costs to your Event Management System in order to provide consolidated labor and food cost analysis.

Celayix partner Evention offers an integrated module for complex tips and gratuities management using the Celayix open API.
