Celayix Mobile Tour
The Celayix Mobile App is designed for employees to manage everything related to their shift work. The Celayix Mobile App requires the Celayix Scheduler and Celayix Time & Attendance cloud-based software and is available for Android and iOS.
Employee Mobile Scheduling
The Celayix Mobile App shows employees all of their scheduled shifts. Employees will receive reminders before every shift to reduce late check-ins and no-shows.
Employees can specify their availability so that managers will never accidentally schedule an employee when they are not available.
New Shift Assignment
Employees receive new shift notifications instantly on the Celayix Mobile App.
If the employee has been assigned a shift directly, they simply confirm acceptance.
If the shift is open for self-scheduling or shift-bidding, they can decide whether to pick up the shift.
Shift Reminders
Employees can specify how they want to be reminded of their upcoming shifts.
Employees can be reminded twice about shift starts, and receive a reminder notification at the end of their shift for seamless shift transitions.
Notification Types
In addition to In App Notifications, employees can specify back-up methods including SMS text messaging and email for their shift notifications.
With three different methods of communication, the Celayix Mobile App can ensure employees know exactly when and where they are scheduled to work.
Employee Shift Detail
Shift details include start time, end time, breaks, total hours, location/client/customer, type of service, and more.
Employees can use the Shift Detail to check-in and check-out for a shift, and also record shift incident notes.
Electronic Check-In/Check-Out
Electronic check-in and check-out with the Celayix Mobile App is the bedrock of accurate timekeeping. That timekeeping feeds into billing and payroll records for 100% accurate payment records.
If managers enable Geofencing, a map shows the valid perimeter for check-in and check-out. Celayix does NOT track employees via GPS. The geofence position is only recorded when the employee requests a check-in or check-out.
In App Chat Mobile
Employees can connect with managers via Celayix' In App Chat for Mobile. They can respond to manager notifications, alerts and questions.
No voicemail, no phone tag, in a simple familiar chat interface.
Shift Incident Notes
Employees can use the Celayix Mobile app to record activities and incidents that occur during a shift. They can attach photos to support incident reports. Shift notes can be reviewed by managers and support documentation internal or client records.
Digital Signatures
Managers can require electronic signatures on employee shifts by on-site supervisors or clients. This provides an additional validation that tasks and responsibilities are completed satisfactorily. It can also provide additional support for client acceptance and billing.
Employee Availability
Managers can provide employees the option to set their availability. The Celayix Rules Engine will automatically avoid scheduling employees that are not available for those periods.
Availability changes are subject to manager approval. This prevents unpredictable availability of human resources that would disrupt your organization.
Time Off Requests
Employees can make time off requests from within the Celayix Mobile App. Requests go to managers for approval or rejection. Approved requests are picked up by the Celayix Scheduler and employees are not mistakenly scheduled for time they are not available.

Celayix Time & Attendance enables you to move to a fully electronic timesheet system. Electronic timesheets eliminate payroll and billing errors.
Employees can track their timesheets up to the minute, and know exactly what hours and rates they've worked. Managers don't need to post or correct timesheet errors.
