Standard maintenance is charged at 20% per annum of the cost of your product purchase and includes:
  • telephone and email support
  • product upgrades
  • service packs

24/7 support is available through our Gold maintenance plan. If your organization requires the security of 24 hours a day, 7 days a week support, please contact sales for more information about a Gold maintenance plan.
