The Web Xpress Time Clock is a web-based punch system that allows your employees to record their attendance anywhere a computer and internet connection are available. Employees simply log on to Web Xpress via the internet to check-in, check-out or perform a health and safety check. Web Xpress then automatically records the attendance information so it can be posted to your time & attendance, billing and/or payroll solution.

An alert feature notifies you when an attendance problem is detected. Web Xpress will send an email or text message alert to you when an employee:
• misses a check-in;
• misses a check-out;
• misses a health and safety check;
• creates an unscheduled shift; and
• logs in from an invalid IP address

An IP tracking feature also ensures that your employees are where they should be. It verifies an employee's location by recording the IP address from where they are logging in and comparing it against a list of valid IP addresses. If there is a mismatch, the system can block access, send an alert or simply log the occurrence for future disciplinary action.

This module can significantly reduce the burden of manual time tracking which is inevitably error prone and inefficient.
