Employees log on to Web Xpress via the internet to view a wide range of pertinent details on their shifts. A publish date can be defined for the schedule allowing you to control which shifts employees can review and updates made to your schedules are reflected in real-time.
The optional Shift Confirmation add-on gives you the ability to require your employees to confirm their shifts once they are scheduled. Employees log on to Web Xpress to either confirm or decline each shift depending on when they are available. This gives you peace of mind regarding your employees’ awareness of their schedules and allows you to reassign any shifts that would have otherwise been missed.
